By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Pre-order Pricing

Products identified as being on pre-order are eligible for a special pre-order price, offered for a limited time.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of pre-order to reserve your tent and/or accessories.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipment of the order or at the time of local pickup. No orders will be shipped or released until full payment has been received.

Shipping

Shipments are scheduled between early and mid-September 2026 (estimated date).

Due to maritime delays beyond our control, arrival is now expected late October to mid-November (estimated date)

Orders are shipped in the order in which pre-orders are received.

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to transport, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Should a significant delay occur, we will contact customers as soon as possible.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees within Quebec are calculated based on the total weight of the order and range from $25 to $150. Products in the same order will be shipped together once all items are available.

Local Pickup

Pickup is free, by appointment.

Cancellation

A pre-order may be cancelled before shipment, provided that the balance has not yet been requested or the order has not been prepared for shipping.

The deposit will be refunded using the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Payments made by credit card, however, are subject to a non-refundable 3.5% transaction fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

By placing a pre-order on the NordTent website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
