NordTent Return and Refund Policy
Eligible Returns
Products purchased from NordTent may be returned within 7 days of order receipt, subject to the conditions described below.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be in new and unused condition;

Be clean and free from damage;

Be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, parts, and documents;

Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Any accepted return is subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the returned product.
Products Not Eligible for Returns
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for:

Any product that has been used, installed, or modified;

Any product damaged by misuse, improper storage, or neglect;

Products sold as demonstrators, clearance, or final sale;
-
The Radisson stove that has been used, installed, or removed from its original packaging.
For safety reasons, any sale of a Radisson stove is considered final once the product has been used, installed, or unboxed.
Return Procedure
Before returning a product, the customer must contact NordTent to obtain return authorization.
All return requests must be submitted in writing and include the order number as well as a description of the reason for the return.
NordTent reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions of this policy.
Shipping Costs
Except in cases of error by NordTent or a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, shipping costs related to the product return are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
Any approved return not related to an error by NordTent or a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty is subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the returned product.
These fees cover inspection, handling, repackaging, and administrative costs associated with the product return.
Inspection of Returned Product
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
NordTent reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use, damage, excessive dirt, or if parts, accessories, or documents are missing.
Processing Time
Once the product is received and inspected, NordTent allows up to 14 business days to process the return request and, if applicable, issue the refund.
Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method used at the time of purchase, minus applicable restocking fees and any other fees authorized by this policy.
